tkpk9's Commitment to Responsible Gaming
Let gaming be a source of entertainment, not stress. tkpk9 is always here to help you enjoy within the right limits.
Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?
Online gaming can be an enjoyable form of entertainment when approached with the right mindset and by following the rules. tkpk9 believes every player's experience should be safe, balanced, and enjoyable. However, if gaming ever goes out of control, it can have a negative impact on personal life, family, and financial stability.
That is why tkpk9 is committed from the outset to building a responsible gaming environment. Our platform offers various tools and features to help you stay in control of your spending and time. Remember — gaming is entertainment, not a reliable source of income.
Our platform is for people aged 21 and above only. Any underage person creating an account or participating in gaming activity is strictly prohibited. If you have children or teenagers in your household, please set up a lock or parental controls on your device.
Our Protection Tools
tkpk9 provides several easy-to-use tools to help you stay in control of your gaming experience.
Set Deposit Limits
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit so you never spend beyond your own budget. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing one takes a little time.
Time-Out
If you want to take a break for a few days, use our time-out feature. You can temporarily pause your account for anywhere from 24 hours to a few weeks.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is going out of control, use self-exclusion to close your account completely for a set period. This step takes effect immediately.
Review Gaming History
Log in to your account at any time to view your gaming and transaction history. Review your own activity and stay aware.
Reality Reminder
After you have been playing for a set amount of time, our system will send you a reminder so you can take a break and make decisions with a clear head.
24/7 support
For any issue or concern, contact tkpk9 via live chat or email. Our team is available around the clock in both Bengali and English.
How to Set Limits and Breaks?
Deposit Limit
Go to Account Settings and select your preferred time period and maximum amount under the "Responsible Gaming" section. Remember, the minimum deposit is ৳300. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately, but a security delay applies when increasing one.
Time-Out
If you need a temporary break, take a "break" from Account Settings. You will not be able to log in or deposit while the break is active.
Self-Exclusion
If you need a longer period of restraint, choose self-exclusion. Your account will be inactive during this time and you will not receive any promotional communications. Activate it by contacting the support team directly.
Signs of Problematic Gaming
Ask yourself — if any of the following situations feel true for you, it is time to seek help:
If the answer to any of the above questions is "yes", contact our support right now. Asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
